New Towns are now being built and more players are joining so I think the Plugin would be necessary.

Actually the server was originally planned to have more than 1 town/city/territory. Each territory is owned by an admin. So when the towns are inhabited we are gonna have jobs for people and the territories are gonna fight for more land, money, and/or power. BUT of course we need a better computer to DO all that since each town is gonna have hopefully 10 people each? Sooooo yea, As of right now it is FINE to have small towns AS LONG as it is near the main town. TIM PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST BEFORE POSTING A REPLY

Actually i think building towns nearby would be pointless if we're always expanding. WHy can't they just build in our town?
